ISSUE: PARADOX ALARM PANELS can cause the M2M to lock-up and require resetting if ZONE 7 is used. This issue is unique with PARADOX ALARM PANELS ONLY. The M2M has no other known issues with any other alarm panels.
RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT USE ZONE 7 when monitoring a PARADOX ALARM PANEL. We recommend STRAPPING OUT ZONE 7 to prevent this issue.
