VirtuAlarm Now offers it's Dealers the ability to filter any alarm condition by contact ID code, to allow or restrict notifications to either the consumer, via APP/SMS or the Dealers Central Station.
VirtuAlarms Default "Master Signal Filter Table" has been developed to meet 95% of signal processing needs for the Dealers Customers.
When a new Dealer is added in VirtuAlarm, as part of the Dealer setup process, they are issued their own Default "Dealer Signal Filter Table", which is a duplicate of VirtuAlarm's Master Table below. The Dealer can at anytime choose to update their Dealer default table to what he believes will best meet the majority of his Customers needs.
Finally, when a Customer is added in VirtuAlarm by the Dealer, they are issued their own "Customer Signal Filter Table" which is a duplicate of the Dealers default table. The Dealer can at anytime choose to update their Customers table to provide unique filter controls for the specific Customer account. All signals are sent to the Customers history logs, regardless if they are restricted or forwarded to either the Customer APP/SMS or the Central Station or both.
